This is absolutely false. We have documents where say
that Philip Morris will pay for all the expenses of the certification
and all the measures necessary to get the certification.
The Town Hall did not prepare nothing, it was PMI who did
it, but allow me to ask some councillor about this.

Dear colleagues,
We supported the letter writing campaign of Esteve and questioned the
role of TÜV-Austria, https://www.tuv.at
did not answer our letter from August, but now wants to sue us,
claiming that they did not receive money for the smokefree environment
certification and that criteria for this certificate were set by the
Teguise City Council and not by P. Morris. We doubt that this is true,
but if we have no proof, we might have to pay,
withdraw the link to our letter from our homepage and declare it as
untrue until next week! Intimidation by threat of legal action is a
usual method by P. Morris.
Please help (we also asked https://exposetobacco.org
for advice).
